In 2018, the Restaurant – Olioteca “L’Altro Sapore” was also born, a project that represents the point of arrival of a journey that starts from the olive tree and arrives to the plate, born from the desire and passion to enhance the qualities and characteristics of our oil.
All our dishes are cooked with local products that together with our oil are the absolute protagonists of the cuisine, you will immerse yourself in the flavors, aromas and tradition of our land.
Our experience allows us to offer all dishes, including desserts, gluten-free or with the variant, so as to satisfy all the needs of our guests.
TASTINGS
Some days are dedicated to the art of tasting olive oil. A sensory analysis which consists of a complete examination of the oil through three sense organs:
Smell, taste, and sight.
